Gilles Tolen contacted me in order to create videos for his Home cooking school. Our concept was to make three episodes showing his vision of cooking. What to do and how to do it... First, choosing good ingredients. Second, thinking about the flavors. Third, taking care of your guests... From those ideas, we illustrated the three points by three videos. And to be honest... I could try all meals and it was really good !
